My favourite Energy Smoothie!

Recently I've been a veeery busy girl trying to keep up with the whole Uni/Acting/Blogging hurly burly and I have to say I'm quite proud of my achievements so far. Although I love what I'm doing and I wouldn't change it for anything in the world, sometimes it can get pretty tough handling so many things at once. I'm barely leaving my office anymore except for lectures or filming; I'm either trying to get Jane Austen's oeuvre in my head, spending hours analysing The Great Gatsby or learning scripts...
One thing that has definitely saved me is self-made smoothies. I usually just throw stuff in the blender and experiment which combination of fruit tastes nice, and by that I have discovered the probably best thing I've ever drunk! I'm calling it the 'Energy smoothie' since it gets my head clear and makes me feel motivated and energetic! It would have been very egoistic to not share this with you since some of you are probably facing Uni Stress too at the moment!

You will need...

250 ml milk (Whatever you prefer! almond, cow, etc..)
1 banana
1 handful of blueberries
1 handful of strawberries

Throw all ingredients in the blender, pour into glass, pop in straw and enjoy! (Whether that may be in front of your laptop watching Netflix or on your desk next to a staple of unfinished assignments)

What's your favourite smoothie? Let me know in the comments below!

Thanks for reading.
